The boys had a great time hanging out with Declan and Kieran for the weekend in Seattle.

The family unit hopped on a flight to Seattle to visit our friends the Lonergans.  Jake and Cole got to fly the plan for a bit.

Now that the boys are both not napping on the weekends, we were finally able to spend a whole entire day at the beach.  We went to Stinson Beach with neighborhood pals Elaine and Ingrid.  They had a great time playing on the dunes, digging holes, watching hang gliders land, talking to a fisherman, digging for sand crabs and hunting for sea shells.  And as expected, they both passed out on the way home.  Great day.

Grandma Kathy sent Valentines cards for the boys.  Can you tell who wasn't happy that his card didn't have a firetruck on it like his brother's?  Cole learned that no matter what's on the card, he should be thankful to get one.
