Jake's 1st grade season of rec soccer is over. He did awesome!

Daddy was a chaperone for Cole's class field trip to the pumpkin patch. Cole's pal Benny Bear (a neighbor and classmate) was part of our crew. They milked cows, saw lots of animals, hunted for pumpkins and potatoes. Then that night we made the potatoes into chips!

Our neighbor friends had a case of lice. Luckily the boys were clean when we got them checked.

They boys are crazy into Legos these days. It's an every weekend activity at this point.

Breakfast and the final flag ceremony ends an awesome first time scout camping.

"Campfire" skit. It was a red flag warning so no real campfire but the skit was cute.

Shooting! After a safety lesson they got to shoot BB guns and sling shots.

Next up was craft making, flag folding and rope tying. Older scouts did the instruction.
