Jake just couldn't resist throwing some sand and sticks into the water before we headed home.

All of a sudden a whole bunch of people showed up at East Beach and started digging in the sand.  Turns out a Bay Area man buried hundred dollar bills on this beach and people showed up in force to find them.  We saw some people finding the money, but we didn't find any in our little area.

This is what you look like when you have a runny nose and then plant your face in the sand.

Time to dig.  Let's get dirty!

A sweatshirt and bathing suit just about sums up a trip to the beach in the Bay.

Jake and Daddy spent a couple of hours on a Sunday morning at East Beach down at Crissy Field.

Jake was very serious about cleaning spider webs off the iron chairs with his new broom.
Cole was very excited to watch Jake eat dinner.

This is the first play date between Cole and his neighbor pal Will.  Will is about a month older than Cole and lives two blocks away.  If both families don't move, these two dudes will be going to school together.

Aunt Laurie and Cousin Nicole dropped by for a visit to meet Cole.  Aunt Laurie is Cole's Godmother.

Cole having rice cereal for the first time.  He did great!

This is the only photo of Jake getting his cast off.  It was a little chaotic with the saw and Cole crying to get an action shot.  But the good news is that the cast is off!!!

This was how Cole was chilling out at daycare one day when Daddy came to pick him up.
