Throwing rocks and pieces of coral into the water was another favorite activity of Jake's at the beach.

Jake never gets tired of digging a hole on the beach. This time we kept it full of water. Which meant LOTS of trips to the water to fill up the bucket. He is one busy guy.

The family unit took a walk to downtown Lahaina to get a shaved ice and visit the Banyan tree. Needless to say, Jake was a big fan of shaved ice (especially when they put a scoop of ice cream on the bottom). YUM!
Back out for a morning session on the beach. This time the activity was digging a hole at the edge of the tide and sitting in it. Lots of digging going on in this gigantic sand box called the beach.
Cartoons and breakfast in bed were the call as everyone started to get up for another day in paradise.
Grandma Ida and Papa came over to the condo to have dinner with the family unit. Everyone watches on as Mommy teaches Jake how to hula dance. We stayed in a ground floor condo unit so we can play out in front of it from time to time.

In an afternoon session on the beach, Jake had the run of the place while Daddy set up in the shade. The building in the background is where we are staying.
