Jake played this weekend with Nicolas, an older kid that lives down the street.  Nicolas is going to come over from time to time and "babysit" Jake.  Mommy or Daddy will always be home (busy with Cole), but having Nicolas over for a couple of hours on the weekend will keep Jake busy, give Nicolas a job and give Mommy and Daddy a little freedom to deal with the rest of life.  Here is Jake and Nicolas last weekend playing in the back yard, then Jake walked Nicolas home.

Jake had some sweet static electricity going on with his hair after jumping on the big trampoline at Emily's house.

Jake had a play date with his neighbor pal Emily.  After getting hot jumping on the trampoline, they cooled off in a little kiddie pool.

The 3 families from from our block took the ferry to Angel Island for a picnic.  6 parents and 7 kids under three made for a fun time!

Jake and Ayla had a lot of fun playing in the mud while the Mommies and little brothers looked on.
